How to set up your follow-up card system

Items needed

  • Shoebox or 4x6 file card container
  • 4x6 Pre-labeled or home-made dividers: months of the year and 12 “1-31” dividers, 
  • 5 dividers at front of box labeled “business” “host” “product” “renewal reminder” “thank you” (tip: buy the "A-Z" dividers and use A for april, F for feb, etc. and use B,H,P R and T for 5 groupings)

New Consultants

1) Fill out an index card for each person on your 100 name list

2) Separate your completed index cards into 3 piles

  1. Ask to look at business opportunity
  2. Ask to host a presentation
  3. Ask them to try product

3) Fill up file card holder with dividers

4) Place initial 3 piles into the Business, Host or Product sections

5) Make initial calls to ASK prospects to meet 1 on 1, host a presentation or try product.
